Our appealing and well-displayed buffet has been designed by our Executive Chef and his Associates. It is the health conscious solution to meeting the dietary and timing concerns of our valued corporate clients.
The menu varies daily but always includes:
- A Green Salad as well as a number of other Cold Dishes,
- A Main Course, which includes Entree, Vegetables & Starch,
- Daily Dessert Selection,
- Fresh Fruit and
- Coffee and Tea Service.
Served from a general reception area, there must be a minimum of 20 participating clientele within either the Vaughan Estate or McLean House in order for the buffet to be offered.
