Together, McLean House and Vaughan Estate offer 12 meeting facilities of
various shapes and sizes, accommodating group sizes from as few as four
to as many as 150.
McLean House offers five facilities consisting of the U - shaped, 40 person - capacity
Coach House; Bayview Room, 20 capacity; Gallery Room, 14 capacity;
Garden Room, 12 capacity; and Stewart Room, 10 capacity.

The larger Vaughan Estate provides seven facilities, accommodating group
sizes ranging from 150 to 12.
Here, meeting planners have their choice of the Courtyard Ballroom or Valleyanna. Both are theatre - styled and offer capacities of 150 and 110
respectively. The U - shaped Academy of Medicine Lecture Theatre offers seating
for 37 while Dunvegan, Donningvale and Kilgour rooms provide
a capacity of 24, 20 and 12 respectively. Riverside room offers two rooms in one consisting of the 14 - seat capacity boardroom and the 14 - seat
capacity Sunroom.
