NEW MEETING FACILITY TO OPEN FALL 2001

This fall, the Estates will introduce a new private meeting venue: the newly refurbished Greenhouse.

The 1,440 square foot, all-inclusive facility is located opposite the Coach House, giving corporate meetings that added touch of privacy. Groundbreaking takes place in spring with an opening launch scheduled for September 2001.

Even though it's in the pre-building stages, the Greenhouse is perceived as a hot location for the corporate community. "This is destined to be among the Estates most popular venues," says Kirk Brady, managing director of the Estates. "Early feedback from our clients is extremely positive."

The Greenhouse offers similar luxuries as all the Estates locations do, with added features and benefits. The décor gives meetings an ambience of business, history and class found throughout the Estates. Historic structural aspects of the Greenhouse will remain, namely the exterior old stone wall, arches and fireplace, which create an atmosphere for a relaxed and friendly meeting.

The Greenhouse will offer the latest state-of-the-art Internet and audio/visual capabilities, air-conditioning, private washroom facilities and its own "prep" kitchen. The Greenhouse is exclusive, secure and private - completely at your disposal!

An outdoor patio will allow corporate outdoor luncheons hosted against the beautiful backdrop of the Don Valley Ravine. In-room lunches can be served conveniently at the tables meaning you don't have to leave the Greenhouse amid the warm glow of a blazing fireplace.

The single-story size of the Greenhouse ideally accommodates private corporate meetings and intimate social functions for up to 40 guests. This makes it perfect for handling displays and equipment setup.

As with every venue at the Estates, all revenues generated from the Greenhouse will contribute to further research at Sunnybrook & Women's College Health Sciences Centre.

The Greenhouse will be a welcome addition to the Estates community.
