This dressing is low in fat

Cutting back on mayonnaise and sour cream is not much of a hardship any more thanks to new low-fat recipes based on yogurt. Mustard, honey, lemon and mint are key ingredients here.

The idea is courtesy of Heart and Soul Cuisine from The Estates of Sunnybrook by Chef David Adjey and dietitian Janice Holley. It's published by the Estates of Sunnybrook and the Heart And Circulation Program, Sunnybrook Health Science Centre, University of Toronto.
