LMA, in association with InternAlysis is pleased to announce the Estates of Sunnybrook "Heart and Soul Cuisine" cookbook to the Internet. Janice Holley, a registered dietitian with the Sunnybrook Health ScienceCentre, co-authored the 200-page, high- quality cookbook with the Estates Executive Chef David Adjey "in response to the increasing demand for heart- healthy recipes from clients in the hospital's Heart and Circulation Program." Importantly, all proceeds from the sale of "Heart and Soul Cuisine" go towards Sunnybrook Health Science Centre's Heart and Circulation Program and the Estates of Sunnybrook. The Estates, in turn, forwards its revenues to further research at Sunnybrook Health Science Centre. This research benefits people around the globe. "Most people know everything about how to diet, yet few know how to stop dieting," says Ms. Holley. "The publication of this cookbook is the culmination of my goal to produce a tool that will help people overcome their obsession with dieting." The cookbook contains 150 recipes of various dishes ranging from simple salads, side dishes, main courses and deserts. Samples of these recipes, including photos of the prepared meals, are available freely to the public on the Heart and Soul Cookbook web site.
