I am a trained Chef and have worked in hotels, resorts and private clubs for over 30 years. I joined the Estates Team in 2010 as the Executive Chef and have been the General Manager since 2011. I trained at George Brown College and I am a Canadian Chef de Cuisine. We have a great team here at the Estates and we are very passionate about what we do.
