Most Memorable Meal

It was my first meal in South Korea during a language and cultural familiarization trip.  I was a little shocked at the differences of my new surroundings, the cuisine included.  With time I grew to really enjoy Korean cuisine and grew an stronger tolerance to spice.  Some of my favorites of Korean cuisine that just aren’t done the same here: Dak galbi, Makguksu and Bibimbap.
