Ballrooms: The Main Ballroom is a grand space located on the main floor of the house. With a separate reception area, sun room, patio and bar it is a firm favourite for social and corporate events alike. The Courtyard Ballroom on the lower level also comes with a reception area and bar as well as a large private patio. Both ballrooms have their own sound systems, piano and working fireplaces to add a delightful finishing touch to your event.

Ceremony Spaces: The Arbor is the primary outdoor ceremony space for the Vaughan Estate. Available on a first come first serve basis between the two ballrooms it can comfortably hold 150 guests. Nestled in the surrounding trees the Arbor is the perfect spot for a private outdoor ceremony. Indoor spaces are also available on the second floor of the house in case of inclement weather.

Meeting Rooms: Located on the second floor of the house are five meeting and board rooms which can accommodate groups of 8 to 60. Ideal for small corporate retreats or as conference breakout spaces.
