The Coach House is the perfect intimate venue for groups of 20 to 40 guests. Guests can have a wedding ceremony on-site on the patio weather permitting or in the gardens.
What items do we need to supply?
The Estates of Sunnybrook is a full-service facility, and we take care of most of the details of your event. However, if you desire any of the following services, please ask about our preferred vendor list: musicians, wedding cake, floral or other special decorations, photographer, and officiant.
We would be happy to provide you with a list of companies that we recommend, however you are free to use any company you wish for these items.
You will also need to provide place cards or a chart to designate seating for your guests. Your Catering representative will discuss with you the best way to do this, depending on the type of meal and event that you have chosen.
2. How far in advance do we need to book?
We suggest booking your ceremony and reception site as soon as possible. Popular dates may be booked 12-18 months in advance.
3. How are the rooms generally set?
Coach House is a cozy room that accommodates either 4 round tables or a large dining table depending on guest count.
